I purchased the gel and powder form of Bood’s seamoss range as I was sold by the many benefits of it and options on how to consume it. It’s been two weeks and I’ve noticed a slight difference in my health although I have to take it it a bit longer to see the results but I’m very happy with it. Don’t know why I didn’t get on it sooner but here I am!
