Subscription Cancellation Policy
At BOOD, we want managing your subscription to be as simple and flexible as possible.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.
To cancel your subscription, you can either:
- Log into your BOOD account and manage your subscription online, or
- Contact our Customer Support Team at customer@bood.uk, and we'll be happy to help.
Processing dates
Subscription orders are processed automatically on the date shown within your subscription account.
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be made before your next billing date. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Orders already processed
If your subscription order has already been processed or dispatched, it will be delivered as normal.
As our Sea Moss Gel is a fresh, perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for orders that have already been prepared or shipped, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Pausing or changing your subscription
If you don't wish to cancel completely, you can also:
- Skip your next order
- Change your delivery date
- Update your delivery frequency
- Change your delivery address
- Update your payment method
These changes can be made through your subscription account or by contacting our Customer Support Team before your next order is processed.
