What is Seamoss?
Seamoss, also known as Irish moss or carrageen moss, is a type of seaweed that is commonly found along the Atlantic coastlines of Europe and North America. Seamoss is used in various health and wellness products, it is a natural superfood linked to the support of a healthy immune system + more!
There are many different ways that you can incorporate seamoss into your diet, we have listed some of these below! Seamoss is consumed, and can also be used as a topical treatment for both skin and hair.
Our Seamoss is farmed sustainably and dried in the sun, in the beautiful Eastern Caribbean island of St Lucia. Using a family recipe inspired by our aunts, we then rehydrate and turn the Seamoss into gel here in London.

Yes, Seamoss is 100% natural, organic and vegan. Our fruit flavoured Seamoss gels contain real fruits, real fruit flavouring extract and natural agave syrup which is a plant based honey alternative for added sweetness.
How do I use Seamoss, can I eat it?
Yes you can! Seamoss is a popular addition to smoothies, juices and hot drinks, however it can also be added to cooking and baking as a thickener, you can even spread it on toast!
How much Seamoss can I consume per day?
The recommended daily dose is:
Adults: 1-2 tablespoons a day
Children: 1 tablespoon a day

When can I expect to receive my order?
Our seamoss gels are made fresh to order. If your order contains one of our seamoss gels, please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be prepared and shipped. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched together with a tracking number.
