Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and kindly reach out to us immediately if you encounter any issues such as a defective item, damage during transit, or receiving the wrong product. We value your satisfaction and aim to resolve any concerns promptly. To ensure timely assistance, please email us at hello@booduk.com within 24 hours of receiving your items to notify us of any problems.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve investigated your issue, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that if we do not receive a response from you within 7 days of your initial contact, we will assume that everything is in order and the refund request will be considered resolved. We encourage you to get in touch with us at your earliest convenience so that we can promptly evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
