🪸 What type of Sea Moss do we use?
We use Eucheuma Cottonii, a type of red seaweed naturally grown along the warm shores of St Lucia. Our moss is wild-harvested and sun-dried, never pool-grown or bleached — keeping its natural mineral profile intact. It’s rich in iodine, potassium, calcium and magnesium — 92 of the 102 minerals your body needs!

💛 Is it good for women’s health?
While we’re not doctors and can’t make medical claims, we can share what our community tells us. Many women say Sea Moss helps them feel more balanced, supports hormonal health, boosts energy, and promotes healthy skin.

🌊 Does it taste fishy?
This might surprise you — good quality Sea Moss shouldn’t taste fishy at all.
Ours is cleaned, soaked, and prepared carefully so that it’s neutral in flavour. Most people say they can’t taste a thing when they add it to smoothies, porridge, or juices.
If you’ve tried one that smells like the sea, it was probably pool-grown or not properly soaked — not ours! 😉

Smooth, creamy and spoonable — think purée, not jelly.
