How has Seamoss made a difference in your health and daily life?⁣
As someone who is anemic, Seamoss has helped me a lot. I’m talking about energy levels increased, skin’s got clear, sugar levels have been balanced. Fitness journey just feels on top of the world. Like, I will never skip a day of Seamoss. And when I do, by accident, I’ve accidentally missed it. I actually feel it.⁣

What does health and wellness mean to you?⁣
What health and wellness means to me is not only keeping yourself fit and active on the outside, but also within. So making sure you’re consuming the right things is just as important as the fitness journey.⁣

What are the small daily habits that have made the biggest difference to your health journey?⁣
The small daily habits that have made the biggest difference to my health journey would definitely be taking all my vitamins, including my Seamoss in the mornings, drinking a lot of water, and having a lot of fruits. Also, my sleep. Make sure I have a lot of sleep as well.⁣

What keeps you motivated and consistent?⁣
Setting reminders and putting stuff in my calendar, and also thinking where I want to be. So if I feel deflated in any moment or feel like I want to give up, I always think about where I want to be in terms of my fitness and my health, and it usually gets me back on track.⁣

What advice would you give to someone just starting out on their health journey?⁣
The advice I would give someone that is just starting out on their wellness journey would definitely be do your research. Don’t be following anyone else’s journey and definitely do not compare.⁣

It’s always a trial and error and do not beat yourself up if it does not work out at the beginning. It’s always a journey, not a sprint. And I definitely recommend everybody to take their Seamoss.
